Successful RH 500-C Commissioning in Mexico
We are pleased to share the successful commissioning of another RH 500 C project in Mexico. The machine, supplied by our Langfang location, has now completed its start-up phase and is running in stable, regular production.
Together with the customer, our team supported the installation and commissioning on site. During the project, we coordinated the mechanical and electrical installation, carried out the system setup, and guided the first production runs. Step by step, the machine was adjusted and optimized until the desired production performance and product quality were achieved. Through a structured commissioning process and close collaboration with the plant operators, we were able to ensure a smooth transition into daily production.
Our colleagues from Langfang worked closely with our local technical team in Mexico throughout the project. While the Langfang team focused on the commissioning and technical adjustments of the RH 500 C system, our Mexican service specialists supported the customer with on-site coordination and after-sales assistance. This collaboration ensured quick responses, efficient troubleshooting when required, and a reliable start to the plant’s operation.
Projects like this highlight how important cooperation across locations is within the TOPWERK GROUP. By combining the expertise of our international teams with local support close to the customer, we are able to manage installations and start-up phases efficiently while ensuring long-term reliability of the equipment.
